Service Duration
The service is structured into three phases over a total period of five weeks:
Phase 1 (1 week):
Core itinerary consultation covering flight planning, selection of primary destinations, intercity routes, and intercity transportation.
A break between Phase 1 and Phase 2 is permitted if needed.
Phases 2 & 3 (4 weeks):
City-by-city destination consultation, in-city transportation planning, and final itinerary refinement.
Refund Policy
- Up to Day 30: A 50% refund will be issued in the form of a voucher, redeemable for all products on Japantrips.
- From Day 31 onward: Non-refundable.
- Note: Once the service has been initiated, the refund policy above no longer applies and the order will be considered non-refundable.

How long does it take to create the itinerary?
The itinerary development process will be divided into three phases:
- Phase 1 (1 week) – Curating the primary travel goals and priority destinations to define the overall intercity journey.
- Phase 2 (2 weeks) – Refining the day-by-day details, including city transportation arrangements as well as tailored guidance and daily tips.
- Phase 3 (2 weeks) – Finalizing and refining the itinerary within our web-based platform, after which a preview link will be shared with you for a thorough review and confirmation.
Can we change our itinerary once we arrive?
Revisions may be made during the active service period of each respective phase.
