Online Tourist Guide: Tokyo Navigation AI

In addition to offline information centers, Tokyo also provides an online tourist guide service that travelers can use anytime.

Called Tokyo Navigation AI EDO, this official online travel guide service by GO TOKYO helps tourists access travel information in a practical and convenient way.

The service can be used by both domestic and international travelers, whether before departure or while already in Tokyo.

One of its main advantages is that it is available 24/7 and can be accessed directly through a web browser without downloading an app.

Functioning like a digital travel assistant, users can ask questions via text or voice to get recommendations on tourist attractions, transportation routes, ticket information, and more.

The service supports multiple languages (text support for over 50 languages) and is free to use, excluding internet connection fees.
